If the technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the service location, a visit or inspection charge may apply.
Repeated or fraudulent bookings may be declined.
- Refund Policy
If payment has been made in advance and the requested service cannot be provided by us, the eligible amount will be refunded.
Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been completed successfully.
Charges for inspection, diagnosis, home visit, or labour already performed are generally non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method, where applicable.
- Spare Parts
If replacement parts have been specially ordered or installed, refunds or returns may not be available unless required by applicable law or if the part is found to be defective.
- Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule a booked service, subject to technician availability.
- Right to Refuse Service
